Today I've encountered a problem. I was running a demanding application when PC suddenly restarted; bios gave me a warning: power surge. Happened twice in the same application. Otherwise it's running smoothly.
So I checked the voltage values in AIDA64 and also ran a quick stress test (30min) to see if the problem would repeat (it didnt).
CPU 1.392 V
+2.5 V 3.248 V
+3.3 V 2.912 V
+5 V 4.381 V
+12 V 12.032 V
+5 V 4.274 V
VBAT battery 3.344 V
Are they OK? Especially the 2,5V is weird to me.
Phenom II X4 Black Edition 965, 3400 MHz (17 x 200)
AMD Radeon HD 6770
8GB Corsair Vengance
Running at default BIOS settings, never overclocked.
What do you think? Well, the PSU is probably the issue here; the only thing that's weird to me is that the system was running fine all the time until now.
