Cheap PSU to run Asus GTX650 DCT

Hello.
I just bought a new video card (http://pt.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/NVIDIA_Series/GTX650DCT1GD5/) but my PSU is too old and week to run it, on the box it says it need +12v and 20A, what a cheap PSU i can buy to run it?

Other thing, about the 20A, the PSU must have exactly 20A or it can have more like 30A or 40A to run the graphic card?

I already try to search that info and couldnt find any, thx for your attention.
