What cooling system to get?

Should I get an air or water cooling for my system?
I'm going to have a haf x
i7 3770k 3.5ghz
evga 4gb gtx 670 superclocked
ASRock Z77 Extreme 6 S1155 Intel Z77 ATX

if your plaining on extreme overclocking then the h80 water block would be a better option. it can cope with the changes in temps better than air.
if your gonna stay under 4.2 then a good air cooler with a fluid dynamic bearing 70-100cfm fan would be just as good as any water cooling option.
