Hey guys and gals
I am in the process of building a new system and have just bought this beastly looking thing:
http://www.evga.com/products/moreInfo.asp?pn=02G-P3-1387-KR&family=GeForce%20400%20Series%20Family&sw=
Can you tell me if my power supply can support it safely. I have an Evo Labs modular dual rail 700w. +12v1@30 Amps and =12v2@ 30Amps. There is no stated limit to the combined power from the two rails so is it safe to assume it's 700W?
Also, forgive my stupidity, but how do i combine the rails anyway? do i need to use two separate 8 pin PCIe power lines from the PSU?
Cheers ppl, much appreciate all inputs. Well....most ;-)
