Connecting 2 Routers

Here is my question
I have 2 networks 1 wired (192.168.1.x) and one wireless and wired (192.168.0.x).
I have 2 network printers on the wired network.
I want to print from 192.169.0.x to the printers on to the printers on 192.168.1.x.
I have not physically wired the 2 Routers together as of yet.

Is there a way that this is possible?

I am not really an expert in network printing. But the only way i know is that you would have to have wireless on the computer that has both printers in it's network. Then you should be able to print from either printer with any other wireless device once you set up the wireless device to be able to reach your printers on the network.

Easy answer, put a wireless router on the PC with the printers in it's network (192.167.1.X)
Then set up 192.168.0.x to access that network and share those printers.
