Is this computer a good buy for my needs?

Hello,
I'm in need a decent computer that will mainly be for editing video game footage in Sony Vegas, web browsing, and other daily activities. I'll also need it to run dual monitors and capture HD footage with a Hauppauge HD PVR, which isn't very resource intensive.
I don't really plan to do any intense gaming. Only Minecraft and other simple games.

Note: The Labor Day sale. It comes with a 2TB HD, Nvidia GT 630 2GB, and other things upgraded for free.

Should I do any necessary upgrades, such as the power supply?

On second thought... I just read reviews for their website... most of which were terrible. I don't think it would be a good idea to buy from IBuyPower...
