AMD 7850 on PSU 500 watt

I want to buy AMD 7850.
Do you think it will work or not?

My currnet computer:
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Memory: 3072MB RAM
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Card: ATI Radeon HD 5670

thats a junk brand, you might hit 480w right before it explodes. get a decent brand 550w+ like Antec, Seasonic etc

12v rail wattage wise, it would pass as its max is 360w, and the 7850 should not ever even pass 300w on load. though as for the other things that are nice on a psu like over voltage control, under voltage control, over/under power control etc I cant guarantee

A cheap PSU can fry your mobo (hapened to me twice befoure I,ve learned).

the i3 set up you have won't hit 150 watts

though i am not going to recommend anything concerning a low quality PSU such as that . .you're talking about a ~250 watt load.
