More about 7850 watt
  1. thats a junk brand, you might hit 480w right before it explodes. get a decent brand 550w+ like Antec, Seasonic etc

what happen when it explode? does this damage other pc parts like graphic card or motherboard?
  3. 12v rail wattage wise, it would pass as its max is 360w, and the 7850 should not ever even pass 300w on load. though as for the other things that are nice on a psu like over voltage control, under voltage control, over/under power control etc I cant guarantee

A cheap PSU can fry your mobo (hapened to me twice befoure I,ve learned).
  5. the peak power consumption of a 7850 is just over 100 watts

the i3 set up you have won't hit 150 watts

though i am not going to recommend anything concerning a low quality PSU such as that . .you're talking about a ~250 watt load.
