No Its the other way round 7250i covers fit the 6610i as well

Both models are identical by main parameters. There is only design
difference between these phones. Nokia 6610i is newer than 7250i. Both
phones have built-in camera, datacable port and built-in IR
transceiver, polyphonic melodies support, FM radio and built-in camera
(up to 4096 colours).
