Would this Build fit together nicely?

I plan to build a custom pc and want to know if it would fit together being everything compatibly.
Here are the specs:

320 GB HDD from my VERY OLD HP (old as in with amd athlon 64 3600+ 1.9GHZ dual core)

2 DVD Writers/Readers from my VERY OLD HP


Price range $250 - $330

System Usage: Gaming (not bf3 at ultra but maybe Just cause 2 on high

Approximate purchase date: February or March

I will not buy a monitor since I already have one

No overclocking or SLI/Crossfire.

Preferred website and Location: Newegg and USA

Reason for Build: I have a VERY OLD PC right now. :pfff:

Might as well ask when you are actually buying it within a month. :D  New cards are bound to be released this year or early 2013. Then new Intel Haswell chips also come out next year.

All of this will cause price drops and you will potentially have more money then than what you have now. *ehem* Christmas gifts *ehem*

You are right, since the graphics card will probaly drop $10 and other components will drop in price too, better get more in that time with the bugdet I will have. I hadn't actually thought of that but one more question, Would that PSU worked with that build or was it too low? (Would a 300watt work with it too?)
