AVerMedia Live Gamer HD + GTX 580's 2D surround.

Hello,
Just bought an AVerMedia capture card based on LvlCaps review on the product and I'm stumped on trying to install this SOB. The 'install manual' reads like it was google translated into english and doesn't exactly explain what I'm trying to do...

I'm currently running my GTX 580's in 2d surround going into 3 Dell 2412M in portrait mode through DVI-D cables. I'd like to either record to this computer (mutiple hard drives) or record to 3rd computer (spare). Can anybody give me a 'Setting up for derpy' guide?
