im looking into building my first pc. This is where iv gotten so far.

Case: zalman z11 pluse

GPU: radeon hd 7850 2gb

Hard drive: seagate barrcuda 1tb 7200 rpm

memory: 8gd 1600Mhz

Mother board: gigabyte ga z68AP

cpu: intel i5 2500k 3.3ghz

power: 600w novatech

cpu cooler and optical drive

This from new egg costs around $800-850 dollars which is about £500-550. but as i am in the uk i cant use new egg, and as a result of that this build is a little over bugget at £660.
is this build ok? and is there anyway of knocking off about £100 without losing too much performance. mainly wont the pc for gaming such as GW2

1: reduce the cpu to a i5 3450
2: reduce the motherboard to a msi h77ma-g43
3:get your ram from scan (corsair vengeance lp for 29.99)
4:use a fractal core 1000 case
5: use a xfx 450w. sells for 30-40 pounds
6: chose either a asus, xfx sapphire, or msi 7850. those are the ones id get

you lose overclocking but it performs the same overall

You could try using a site like http://pcpartpicker.com/
Once you've established what components you want in your rig and set the location to where your at and it will help you out big time.

iv seen a few people saying a AMD phameon 965 BE would be fine for gaming with the same GPU. as that would save like £80 ?
