EXTERNAL BUILD WON'T START :( HELP!

My external build wont start! everything is connected properly but whe I short the PWRBTN connectors nothing happens! HELP PLEASE

Have you tried turning it on and off again?

can you also try to connect the power button connectors from the case to turn on the system.

did you turn on the power supply?
