Don't know if it's too much

I am looking to build a new pc, but what I want to play is going to be along the lines of ArmA 2 and 3 when released. The build that I originally was looking at was the 2500k, asus Z77 mobo, 8GB of RAM at 1600 and a MSI 7950. But I think that is too much and dont know what I could scale back to. Atleast the GPU is too much I think. Any suggestions are appriciated. Especially full builds.
