My PC is shutting down after a couple of minutes of started a "gaming session" or sometimes even just randomly.

I thought it was an overheating issue, because shutdowns wont occurs if the room's AC unit is on. Also, after a shutdown I wont be able to turn on the computer, I have to wait for like 10-30 minutes before it will turn on, pushing the power button does nothing between that time. However, I noticed sometimes after reseting the back switch of the PSU, the power button will work again.

Also, when a shutdown occurs, the system clock will completely stop, meaning that if shutdown occured at 3:00 PM and if I have to wait 1 hour until system will turn on, clock will be still 3:00 PM.

Do you guys have any idea on what it could be?, could it be a faulty PSU or something with the MOBO?, I have practically tried everything in "my power" to see what the issue could be, but still I dont know. This is really getting me frustrated.

PC specs...

Intel i5 750.
MOBO Gigabyte H55M-USB3
PSU Cooler Master Silent Pro 700w.
GTX 550 Ti 1GB.
4 GB ram 1333.
Cooler Master Hyper 212+ as after market cooler.

Thanks in advance guys!
