Corsair 300r 5.25 to 3.5 converter

I recently purchased the Corsair 300R windowed case for my PC. I have an internal memory card reader lying around which I would like to install into my case. It is a 3.5" form-factor, and I was wondering if there was any way I could use this in my 5.25" bay drive.

Thanks! I checked, but I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't run into issues. Someone before had mentioned something about my HafX case and how I couldn't use just any adapter.
