Quicken 2004 not printing

I am using an HP Deskjet D2500

can you print in windows/word? do you have the printer installed and listed under printers?

Yes I can print in Windows Word; yes the printer is listed and installed under Windows; moreover the printers name HP D2500 does come up in the Quicken program window when selecting which source to print from.
