Please i really need a help with building a new pc!

Hey guys! i need help, i can't decide what parts i should buy for gaming pc.

I want to buy the pc next week, and my budget is 1200$

Right now i have samsung's monitor with max resolution 1440x900

For now i gonna buy intel core i7 3770 3.40 Ghz that for sure.

Also i want 16 gb ram but what company and version i should choose

What graphic card should i buy for the best gaming ? (i'm thinking about sapphire hd 6970 2 gb, or MSI Radeon HD 7950 3GB, are those cards good? which better)

What motherboard i should buy for all this parts? (Asrock Z77 Extreme4-M will do?)

And which power supplier i should buy?

Also i want hard drive with 1 TB ( i need a good one that can promise to live for about 3-4 years or even more, best quality for the best price)

Overclocking: no

SLI or Crossfire: don't know what this means

Plz help me decide which PC i should buy for gaming, any help will be appreciated.
