This is my build and i am planning to do some gaming at 1920x1080 ultra settings.
Im gonna list a little build and then would like some suggestions or replacements.

No problems, I see with build. Don't forget aftermarket cooler, if you intend to overclock. I've heard comments that some Rosewill PSU's are better than others. Can't confirm about that model. HD7770 is reasonably good card at 1920x1080. Ultra? Varies a bit depending which game (you don't give any preferences), competent in most games, ultra probably no. Have you spare, in your budget, for more ssubstantial card.

HD 6870 is a good card. Better, certainly. I still wouldn't necessarily say totally "ultra", but then you're never going to get to "ultra", with all the "bells and whistles" on, without spending a lot of money, on a graphics card, in games like BF3.
