Computer problem with fan

Hello,
yesterday i installed my new case fans and i had no more fan headers on my mobo so i used a molex connector and put it straight into my psu when i went to boot my pc the fan was working and everything but my pc kept starting and shutting off over and over. once i disconnected the fan the problem went away. anyone know whats wrong and how i could connect my fan without having this problem

I've never heard of that either. You might want to try a 3-pin Female to 2 x 3-pin Male fan power splitter cable. Look at this one to see what I mean. ( - http://www.outletpc.com/c8227.html?utm_source=googlepep... -)
