GTX 560 Running a little warm. Better cooling Tips?

Built a new systems last month and i have noticed that my GPU Load temps have been rising. I am hitting high 85's to 87 on my GPU on full load, ( playing RIFT mmo ) with my fan (1) on 100%. :non:  I looked up plenty of past post on 560's temperatures and 82 @ load seems to be normal. I idle at about 38-40C

Odd thing is, I have two of these cards, My other (560) will run at least 5-7C cooler, Only thing is i think the fan on that card is faulty. (when 100% fan speed, makes a grinding noise? or buzz )

I have the Galaxy GTX 560 Video card ( non-ti ) Do you think my card is faulty?

Airflow: - Fan on top and back pannel for Exhaust, Side pannel for intake, blowing at GPU. Should i make them all Exhaust? :??:

I am wanting to lower my cards temp and figure why that card runs higher temp but doesn't sound like a Helicopter when at full Fan speed.

Thanks a lot!
