Hello community, I just assembled my new build (one of my two ram sticks was dead :( ).

So now I boot up my PC for the first time and insert my Windows 7 disc and... nothing, nada, zilche. My DVD burner lights up and seems to realize the disc is in it, though I'm unsure if it actually is reading it.

I tried to navigate my BIOS, and tried to change my boot priorities, but I still couldn't get it to recognize the disc actually being there and just kept getting the message to reboot, which did nothing. After about two hours of trial and error (lots of trial, and all of it error), I couldn't figure out what was wrong, I really need some help here and don't really know where to post this, which is why I posted it under build, I'm unsure as to whether or not this would be better suited under the Windows 7 subforum.

I've read all of my manuals, searched online, and tried everything I could think of, but nothing gave me any results.

Anyway, here's my build if it helps:
