Approximate Purchase Date: Hoping to get the Parts next week

Budget Range: 750 max

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, youtube
Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: everything( I am currently using a 5 year old laptop to run wow and such, but I want an upgrade.

Do you need to buy OS: No (As long as I have the retail box version, Im pretty sure I can just transfer the liscense to my new pc then not use it on my laptop anymore, the laptop originally came with vista)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: all from newegg to keep it easy

Location: City, State/Region, Country - Omaha, Nebraska

Parts Preferences: intel?

Overclocking: no

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: hopefully this rig could run 1920x1080

Additional Comments:This will be my first build, so hopefully it looks good. I know my psu is overkill but I would like to be able to crossfire that 6870 just in case I need to when it starts to get dated. Or crossfire/sli other cards in the future as well.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I want to be able to play swtor, Guild wars 2, civ 5, total war, diablo three, and steam games at preferably high settings

Go for an i5 3570K and an ASRock Extreme4 Motherboard instead :)

Z77 all the way! Everything else looks good.
