Yes that's the top of the line AMD CPU.

AMD FX 8350 is the best AMD has to offer at this very moment. But rumor says they will be releasing a new FX 8350 soon, which should focus on having better power effiency.  

What power supply should i buy or is my CX600 fine ?

A 750watt or higher psu, prob silver or higher 80 plus certified for crossfire, and wattage coming from amds website. I prefer Corsair as u get quality with the price, so something more in the HX series, but the CX/TX/GS bronze series should be fine. EVGA makes some nice psus at gold certified, and XFX is pretty good, they got a 850 semi modular silver 80plus for $150 for same as last but gold and full modular for $160.

Also some would say that the X6 1100T is better than the fx line but with piledriver i believe the 8350 beats it out

youre going to want to overclock that 8350 so might as well grab that new psu.

Yeah. If you are cross-firing 7950s, you'll want to overclock that CPU. Even if you don't OC, you'll want more wattage under your belt. +1 to PSU

Make sure you get effective water cooling for that. H2O 920 or better.
