MSI 7850 Twin Frozr, get's my vote. Because of the clock, the cooler, the company, and the price with the rebate is practically the best deal out of all the ones you listed.

msi 7850 for being the cheapest in price/performance/cooling ratio, especially after rebate.

I have the ASUS 7850 and it is a fantastic card, but the MSI card gets the nod from me for the lower price and free shipping.
