Computer crashing and errors

I am not sure about the issue, but I've gotten blue screen before, where it said "Driver was stuck in an infinite loop", but I didn't have the full message copied down.
My computer just crashed, without blue screen, just restarted itself, then a Windows error report opened at startup. I copied the following down:

so does anyone know what it means? or what the problems might be?

boot into safe mode and delete all the temporary internet files.
