Now I have $200 exactly 10,000 Php budget. and I want to play games like battlefield 3/Batman Arkham City on Max Ultra without lagging. I think the only thing I should Upgrade is my GPU and also I heard that I should upgrade to 64bit because I have 4GB of ram and my technician only installed 32bit windows. Then I heard that I cannot use all 4GB of ram with 32bit. Please state a good GPU to run those games with my total budget of $200 exactly 10,000 php.

Any shops in your region? GTX 560 would be suitable for that budget, though I am not sure you can get it for that price in your country. It should max out both games at your resolution.

I would not buy AMD card for Batman, physx is kind of a requirement there if you want fancy graphics ;) .

physx is a resource hog
you would need a gtx 670 > to run it effectively
and also amd cards support physx you just need to install nvidia physx software...

Ah yes this is the shop of where I will buy my upgrades

Also my friend told me I should upgrade my Power supply as well but I don't even know about that. So with my current specs I'll only need to upgrade my GPU right?

We cannot know, your friend might be right. You haven't told us what power supply you have at the moment, you should open your case and take a look at it.

I can't find the watts

I'd suggest this combo:

http://pcx.com.ph/zotac-gtx560-oc-1gb-ddr5-256bit-hdmi....

It fits in your budget too!

And no, it does not. That's input. Take a photo of it and post it here, we'll find it.

I'm using battlefield 3 as an example because its the most GPU hungry game today right?

Ah yes one of my friend suggested that too but can I play battlefield 3 on ultra without lagging with it? I have that on my interest list :3

Also how about this? http://pcx.com.ph/components/graphic-cards-1/zotac-gtx5...

You should be able to. Might not be 60 fps, but it should hold at 40 fps.

The card you have linked pretty much performs twice as bad as the card I recommended to you.
