It's made by SeaSonic based on their S12II platform which also makes PSUs for Corsair.

For a system using a single reference clocked Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 28 Amps or greater and have at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

The XFX ProSeries 450W (P1-450S-X2B9), that johnsonjohnson specified, only has one (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

You would have to go with the XFX ProSeries 550W Core Edition (P1-550S-XXB9). Although the XFX 650W Core Edition (P1-650S-NLB9) is selling for the same price after rebate as the 550W model at the moment.

The Corsair Builder Series CX600 ( SKU# 75-001668 / CP-9020048 ), with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 46 Amps and with two (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single GeForce GTX 650 Ti.

I thought the OP said Gigabyte HD7850 which requires only one connector? The OP can go with the 550W or 650W for future upgrades if he wants.
