How to fix the i5-3570k which doesnt install win 7 64 bit

my system failed to install win7 64 bit after the crash of raid 0 and when it installs 32 bit,it shows matrix structure on the desktop on in the contents it writes on discmy system specs:
Asus p8z77-v delux
i5-3570k
RAM g skill 8GB pc 1600mhz
PSU newton 800w

That's more of a hard drive problem than anything else. You might want to disable RAID by setting your motherboard to default settings and try it again. Chances are also good that one of your RAM modules could be bad if it installs 32bit fine but not 64 bit.
