Lost factory back up

If you give more information someone could probably help.

When you start up your PC it says at the bottom of the screen which button to press to get to the boot menu. The reset probably can be initiated from there.

start your computer and press f8--go to repair my computer and see if it has the recovery option available

if not start it again and press alt + f10 to access recovery partition
