Need a new HSF for my i5-3570K

I originally wanted to use a Hyper 212 by Cooler Master but it's way too tall for my NZXT Source 210 case. I'd like something to keep my little chip cooler. The Intel HSF isn't keeping it cool enough. I'm looking at spending no more than ~ $30. I'd like one that in the style of Intel's where it blows the air straight up (these are usually smaller). The smaller and cooler the better. Thanks!

I think the CM does fit. In this review http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/nzxt_source_210/5.htm they used a ThermalRight Ultra Extreme 120mm Black Ed which is roughly the same size as Hyper EVO.
