[Solved] Computer boots for 1 second then turns off

Computer boots for 1 second then turns off and back for 1 second and off
i took out everything apart from CPU
one time with memory and without memory
and it doesn't help
I tried with new psu doesn't help
what can i do?

why do people put solved in the title and then ask a question about a problem? If its solved you dont need an answer.
