I have already measured my case and found that it can fit my soon to be GPU in a 7850.

To upgrade my GPU, I also need to have a 550w+ PSU, so I need to make sure I get a PSU big enough that will fit in my case.

This is my first time making personal adjustments to my computer so I was hoping to get a modular PSU to increase airflow and to keep things simple.

This is my current computer, all stock parts: http://www.asus.com/Desktop/Entertainment/Essentio_CM6850/

And this is the PSU I am looking into: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341017

If possible I also need to know, in addition to if that PSU would fit my case, if my GPU ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127663 ) would be compatible with my computer.

Thanks in advance.

@rolli59 how do you know the PSU will fit? what if it is a proprietary weird sized PSU? i'm not questioning you per se, i'm just curious. anyway, for OP, to be safe, i would suggest measuring your current PSU, comparing it to the measurements of the PSU you want to get, and bam there ya go.

They both have the same 5.9" x 3.4" and there seems to be a bit of room between it and my mobo so I think I'm okay I was really just making sure the compatibility was there before I used my budget up.
