What type of graphics card do I need?

I have an AMD Athlon 64x X2 Dual Core Processor, 3 GBs of RAM, and i need to know what type of graphics card I have.... meaning do I have PCI-Express, PCI, or AGP. Please respond thanks.

The type of graphics card you have or need is dependent upon the Motherboard type, not the CPU or memory. What is the manufacturer and model of your Motherboard?

The CPU and the memory have no affect on what the interface for the graphics card is.

That being said, you seem to have a pre-built computer I am guessing. Probably one of those silver HP's like mine based on the 3GB of ram, signifying a 32-bit OS.

If you do have a pre-built, you can just give us the model. If not, give us the model of the motherboard.
