Well... im sorry to tell you this but you'll be very dissapointed from your PC.
You bough a low end CPU and GPU, the RAM is OK but the graphics card is TERRIBLE.

This CPU is twice more powerfull than the one you bough and its only 20 Dolars more expensive

For comparison this card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121472
Is more than twice as fast and costs 7 more dolars.

And last but not least you bough a TERRIBLE power supply which might blow up anytime.
You should have bough something more reliable.Like this one

Depending on your monitor's resolution your PC will be able to play skyrim with good FPS on low or medium settings. And new games will barely run at all.

What should i look for when getting a CPU it said 3.2 ghz and I thought that was good cause it said it needed a minimum of 2 and as for the GPU idk much about them but I can't spend much more money on it but if I were to upgrade the CPU to the one you suggest would it be closer to running ultra? And I will look at the power supply I don't want a dead computer lol

No - on a low end dual core AMD CPU you won't even come close. The problem with low end budget PCs is that it's hard to tell where to cut corners. The GPU is really what will allow you to run games on ultra, and that PSU you got is junk. You should return that for a Corsair CX600.

OK so the gpu you suggested what will that accomplish as far as performance the CPU you suggested is the quad core opposed to the dual what makes it more powerful? And I figured the psu was gonna be a problem it was super cheap I'll definitely replace that once I get it is it possible to change my order before it ships even after paying?

Even the lowest end Intel CPU is better than the highest end AMD CPU for gaming - pretty much any benchmark you research will tell you that. The quad core will allow for more tasks at the same time where the dual core will really only allow for two.

But the gpu is what's most necessary for high graphics and good performance? And the AMD radeon HD 6770 is good enough to play games in ultra? Especially is I upgrade it to the athlon x4 3.1 quad core processor right?
