If you can afford to upgrade to ivy bridge components, go for it. If not, this is still a solid build. It'll run any game you throw at it on max settings.

If you don't plan on doing SLI or Crossfire in the future, there's no need for a 750w PSU. A good 600-650w will do just fine. You'll also want RAM with low heatspreaders. You may run into clearance issues with the RAM and the heatsink fan. You will not have to worry about that with the RAM I recommended.
