I Don't Know Which Graphics Card To Get :/

Hello, I want to get more FPS when I'm gaming and figured that i should get a new video graphics card, only problem is i don't know which one to get. My current graphics card is a "Radeon HD 2xxx Series PCIe" so im hoping to buy something better than this.

Information about my computer:
Dell Inspiron 530s
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20GHz
Memory (RAM): 2046 MB
32 bit Operating System

I'm looking to spend up to 100$, hopefully less. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[EDIT] Also, im hoping that i wont have to buy a new PSU as well.

do you know what powersupply you have? according to dell you have a 250watt unit, is this correct? also does your case support full sized expansion cards or is it only low profile cards? if it supports full size cards then this is a good option for you

Another 2 GB of memory would be beneficial too....assuming you have an empty slot or two. Do you know what kind of memory you have?

As drums101 has said, the PS will dictate what video card you can get for your system (assuming you don't want to change it). For 300 watt PS, HD 7750 and HD 6670 are pretty well the top rated cards available....no external power connectors are needed for either of these two cards....#1 7750. #2 6670.
