Hows it going everyone, its been a while and im not sure whats the best atm. My friend is building a new gaming pc mainly for WOW. He needs everything but the operating system and speakers. One of his friends roommates wants him to build this pc:

and a logitech g500 mouse
he dosent need windows anymore so you can take that out of the total price. He also wants a 1080p monitor.

I love amd and have an 8120 myself but if i did it again i would definitely go with intel. Can someone put together a build for me for around 1400.

Thanks

For your budget, there is no reason NOT to go Intel. The FX-8120 isn't the best CPU in terms of gaming and is easily beaten by an i5 3570k.

That is a rig I would personally purchase for this kind of budget. Beefy CPU and GPU to give you the optimal balance of Price/Performance.
