Having Install Windows Error code: 0x80070017

I just put together new computer with a GA-Z77X-D3H motherboard with the i5 3.4 ghz and seagate harddrivfe and 8 gigs of ram... I am having an issue and have explored all of google's great lands for an answer to why I can't get past 0% at expanding files in the windows vista setup program. I have tried 3 different disks as well and it just doesn't seem to be happening for me. If anyone could please give some good insight i would greatly appreciate it! I am wanting to use my new computer at some point!

are you reusing a OEM copy? its not really allowed

also, only connect the hard drive and the optical drive to your sata ports. you dont want windows to be half in one drive and half on the other drive
