i recommend you not to get 16GB of ram unless you really need them, buy that build with 8GB only and if you see you need more you can click a few things and in 2 days you will have another 8GB kit :D

if that's it pick a best answer to close this thread so everyone can see it as solved :)

You corrupted my build :(

*why are you buying from newegg only? you can find better prices somewhere else.

*if you're gonna get a 750w PSU make sure its a quality one, the corsair CX series are decent but there are far better options.

*RAM is a bit too tall

*the 212 EVO is good-enough for moderate overclocking only, buy something else.

*where is your Hard drive and SSD???

get this:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($209.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: NZXT HAVIK 140 90.3 CFM CPU Cooler ($58.98 @ Outlet PC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: OCZ Vertex 4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB Video Card ($413.78 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Phantom (Black) ATX Full Tower Case ($95.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: XFX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($111.71 @ Amazon)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($14.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $1250.39

btw... the phantom is excellent with the included fans, no need to add more fans (unless you want a noisy PC) anyways... if you REALLY want dual 200mm fans + an extra 140mm fan then get this:
