Graphics Card Stops Boot

I have a GeForce Series 6 (I can't remember the exact type out of the series) card that I have plugged into one of my computers. The computer works fine, but I'm trying to switch hard drives, and once I do so, the computer won't start. Rather than the usual one short beep, I get one long, and then 2 short. Any ideas on how to fix it?

i dont think its a graphics card issue. There may be something wrong with some cords if you switched the hard drive. Long beeps usually are caused by RAM issues cuz i had lots of those overclocking.
