Heatsink vs CPU Compatibility

I'm getting ready to upgrade to the AMD FX-8350. Will this heatsink work?

I noticed that the heatsink details indicates that it is compatible with AM3 processors, whereas the FX-8350 is AM3+. Does that make a difference?

no you should not use that with a 125W cpu
that heat sink is too small.
Zalman says "AM3+ Zambezi 95W or lower"
