My budget is 70 to 80 dollars thank you very much in advance!

Well as i can tell from your system you are not that intense gamer, the GTS 450 may fit you but it won't get you the best results in terms of gaming...what resolution you are running on ?

Just want something that will run games like total war series. I'm not sure the resolution though... :o

HD 7750 might fit the bill too...if you can find one for $80. HD 7770 is better.
