i would like to make my own PC themes.
you know how there are the Windows XP style themes.
can you make your own Windows XP style theme?
i wanna i have a black, red, or purple colored theme instead of a blue or
silver or green colored them.
i would like some help on this please?

Steven, try going to Help and Support>type in Desktop Themes and select
Create you own themes.
