You shouldn't 'borrow' any gpu lol. However, if you're planning on buying a gpu this link is a very good place to start >> http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107.html
8000-9000Rs is akin to $145-$160USD so your best option is something like the hd6850. Hope this helps. Good luck.

it depends on what you want to do with the gfx card, your display resolution or if you want to play games - the gaming resolution, etc.
for your budget range, you might be able to choose among these cards -
radeon hd 7750
radeon hd 6770
radeon hd 6790
radeon hd 6850 (some, not all)
gtx 550ti
among these, 6850 is the most powerful followed by 6790. 550ti and 6770 perform similarly, they're both behind 6790 in terms of performance. 7750 is less powerful than 6770 but priced almost as high.
check with your local shops for more updated prices.

See guys, for what you get in use for like $200, its like WAYY more here in india, close to $250-300. So thats a COMPLETE BITCH. (excuse my ghetto).
if youre okay with heating, lotta power consumption and ***, this is great.(GOOGLE GOOGLE GOOGLE before you buy ANY fo the cards i listed, looke benchmarks and see if they match your needs)

hey man the gtx 465 isnt a very reliable card and is pretty outdated
and also if hell hound buys the card from a local dealer the prices will be 15-20% lower and please do a little more research before recommending anything!

thanx buddy but as im thinking to be futureproofed so what is about 7770 1gb ddr5???

it seems that 6850 is a better option but 7770 supports directx 11.1, pci e 3.0 and also have a tdp of 80 watt

Then I'd stick with the 6850.
On a side note, why so much more expensive in India? Does your govt impose a huge import duty on pc components or something? It can't be transport costs, I live in New Zealand and we're like the last stop on a branch line to nowhere. I'm thinking the first person to set up an online store over there at real world prices would clean up.
