Best graphics card for AMD Sempron 140?

Hello..... I am planning to buy a new graphic card.... So my priority is to buy a ATI Raedon HD 6450...... my processor is AMD sempron 140, 2.7GHz.... will this graphic card work on my processor???

Yes it will as long as your motherboard has a PCIE x 16 slot which it should have.
