9800 video card whining noise?

Hello, today I took my computer outside and sprayed all the dust out of it with a PC duster bottle.
After i hooked my computer back up i went on firefox and I immediately noticed a buzzing noise whenever I am typing, moving the mouse, or scrolling the screen.

Its the worst when I'm scrolling.

Could I have messed something up on my GPU when i sprayed it's dusty fan??

all of the dust is gone now and this happens in all programs..

Are you sure it's just from the video card? It could possibly just be something in contact with the fan.

all of the dust is gone now and this happens in all programs..

As previously suggested I would say make sure it is indeed the video card.

If so, you could have possibly damaged the fans bearing if you use the duster and spun the fan up too much. Unlikely, but I've seen it happen.
