I have seen many people talking about good PSU and how they can help/hurt your system. I am running the following build. Is the 600w adequate or would you recommend I up it? Also brand/model do you have any feedback? I had a OCZ 650w on a previous machine and it had a capacitor rupture, not really wanting that again.

Current System.

Thermaltake PSUs are very hit and miss. Some people here will probably tell you that PSU is junk, but it's actually very well reviewed - http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Thermaltake-TR2-700-W-Power-Supply-Review/1422/11
As that review explains, they replaced the TR2 range with model numbers ending in "P" and Bronze efficiency ratings, so

Thermaltake TR2 W0388RU 600W is junk
Thermaltake TR2 TR-600P 600W is actually quite solid.

As for if 600W is enough, it's plenty. You probably won't be pulling much more than 300W.
If you are interested in SLI in the future, you will probably need to rethink, but otherwise you should be good.
