Plz suggest me a PSU!!!!!!!!!!!111

Hi friends,
After asking u guy, I bought HD 7750. It worked perfectly on my old 400w local PSU but after 1 week my PSUgo burnt.
plz suggest me a good PSU under 40$ or rs 2500 that will handle my specs.

I have :
1)3 gb ram(ddr2)
2) Pentium dualcore 2.5 ghz
3) dvd writer
4) dell 19 inch moniter
5)and other things.....


suggest me a descent PSU of 450watt , 500 or 550 watt..

My old psu hav 18 amp on +12v rail.

plz tell me which is better A psu with single 12v rail of 34 amps or a psu with dual 12 v rail 1s is 22amp and 2nd is 18 amps..
I want to know this because HD 7750 takes all power from the pcie port itself and I don't want my PSU to be overload again.
