Can a cx 600 power a GTX 660 in SLI

CPU- i5 -760
Mobo-H55
GPU-Gt430
Adding New GPU( Gtx 660 now & sencond Some time later)
Power supply(to be purchased) Suggestions required for PSU to SLI

New RIG(to be bought by 2014)

Parts to be used from RIG mentioned above

GPU & PSU


Also will more bigger PSU draws more power iven if it is not required by RIG??

A bigger PSU will only draw the power required by the PC, but a better quality PSU will be more efficient and draw less than a cheap one.
