Possible bot neck on a GTX 660 TI?

Hi,

I want to build a pc with these specs :

AMD 8120 FX cpu
GTX 660 TI
4*2 GB RAM
1TB HDD
750W PSU

Could I get bottlenecked of my graphic card's full potential because of the AMD processor?

Thanks,
Sameer

  1. Not with the 8120, you'll be fine to game at 60+ fps on almost every game maxed out
  2. Yes, you could really. If you aren't prepared to switch to an intel motherboard and are stuck with AM3+, go with the FX-8350. Bear in mind, it's hot. You'll need after-market cooling.

And you don't need a PSU that powerful unless you're planning to SLI at some point. 600W is plenty. Make sure it's reputable supplier though.
